This contains a soft holo clear black tint base and gitters galore in hexis,micro,squares,bar and more! It can be worn over matte or suede polish alone one or two coats or! with suede base glitters do sink a llittle bit more than normal however a soft upside down shake mixes it up nicely! Can be coated with glossy top coat for added definition and worn over gloss polish to create suede egg shell finish or again topped! How will you flip your mani?
