Description
Burnishing powders are loose pigment blends that are typically applied over a Gel base* or Polish* do not wipe away sticky coat after applying gel. Then w/ applicator rubbing in powders until you achieve desired opacity. Cover with Gel Top Coat or Top Coat if you are using your own method for application. They can be applied alone or over a color to change colors and tones. A little goes a long way!
