This is a first run test small batch! New option for my holo toppers!
This one is a mixture of a scattered holo with a medium linear base, This topper gives you a new option to a silver holo topper without so much of the "greying" affect! 3 coats would give you a translucent but strong holo shimmer and can be used over and under French Mani's! Especially radical color French Mani's!!! This is shown as 2 coats alone and 1 coat over our basic black! Topped with a single coat of 45 Second Quick Set topcoat! If you try it let me know what you think!! Maybe more batches to come!
